GOULD – Thelma Briggs Rucker, 96, of Gould, died Thursday, January 22, 2015 at the Davis Rehabilitation Center in Pine Bluff, Ark. Born October 11, 1918 in Gould, she was the daughter of the late Harry (Buddy) Briggs and Lucille Thomas Pierce.
Thelma leaves to her memory three daughters, Lessie Mangrum and Carol Wiggins both of Gould, Ark., and Lucille Winston of Chicago; five sons, Charlie Rucker of Gould, Ark., James Phillips and Stanley Rucker, Sr. both of Milwaukee, Thomas Winston of Memphis, and O.C. Winston of Little Rock; one sister, Estella Harris of Texas.
Funeral service, Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church. Burial in Union Cemetery by McKinzie Funeral Home.
