DUMAS – Mr. Percy Williams, 75 of Dumas died January 14, 2015 at VA Medical Center in Little Rock, Ark. He was born August 1,1939 to the late Matthew Williams and Ruthie Moore in Dumas.
He served in the US Marine Corps and also was a retired truck driver.
