MONTICELLO — Glenn Steven Carter, age 71, of Monticello, passed away Friday, February 3, 2012 at UAMS Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Ollie Simpson Carter of Monticello; one son, Joseph Carter of Monticello; one daughter, Becky Carter of Pickens; two brothers, Kenneth Eugene Carter of Pasadena, Texas and Jack Carter of Gonzales, La.; one sister, Patricia Welch of Plant City, Fla.; one aunt, Evelyn Mullis of Mulberry, Fla.; three granddaughters, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
