WILMAR — Wilma Jean Milburn, 82, of Rock Springs, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. She was born November 25, 1929 in Lawrenceville, Ill.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, John R. Milburn, Sr. of Rock Springs; a son, Scott Milburn, Sr. of Rock Springs; two daughters, Susan Bright of Monticello, Mary Ann Morris of Anchorage, Alaska; thirteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and three very special care givers.
