Survivors: Husband, Richard; twin sons, Anthony and Harley; daughter, Lilly; mother, Stephanie; father, Jake; step-mother, Dana; brothers, Jessie, Colton; sisters, Hannah, Patience; grandmother, Terry; great grandmother, Doris Jean; grandparents, Jimmy Ray and Francis; grandmother, Faye, father-in-law, Mearle .
A time of visitation will be from 5:00 until 6:00 P.M. Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the funeral home.
