Funeral services for Stevie Waters, 48, of Pine Bluff, died March 28, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 5, at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Dr. Randolph W. Martin officiating.
He was born December 6, 1963, in Little Rock. He was educated in public schools of Pulaski County. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruthie Bailey.
He leaves to cherish his memories caregiver, Jonathan and Lanett Fraizer of Pine Bluff and many relatives of Wrightville.
He will lie in state at the chapel Thursday from 10 a.m. until funeral time.
Burial will be in Graceland cemetery, Perry Funeral Home.
