Mr. Oscar Bullard, Sr., 69, passed June 19, 2015 at JRMC. He was born on September 1, 1945 to the late Obie and the late Lucille Bullard in Monroe, La. Oscar received his education in the Star City School District.
He leaves to cherish his memories wife, Kathryn Jordan Bullard; children, Ricky Bullard of Dallas, Texas, Ronald Bullard of Tarry, Ark., Tracy Bullard, David Bullard, Oscar Bullard, Jr., Oscar Jerome Bullard, Norman Bullard, Marquette Bullard, Marilyne Adams, Tina Williams, and Oniqua Bullard all of Pine Bluff, Ark.; Cherry Hamburg and Mattie Mark of Little Rock, Ark., and Ariel Lee of West Memphis, Ark.; seven step-children: Steve Mitchell of Dallas, Texas, Willie Mitchell of St. Louis, Kan., Daniel Jordan, Sharon Mitchell, Danielle Johnson, Markisha Williams and Tierra Jordan all of Pine Bluff, Ark.; two godsons, Trey Bohannon and KeJuan Rogers; five brothers, two sisters, 89 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and a host other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday June 27, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Rose Hill MBC.
Body will lie in state from 10:15 a.m. until time of service.
Visitation will be today 5-7 p.m. at Christian Way Funeral Home.
