The Pine Bluff Branch NAACP is currently accepting nominations for its 2014 Nomination Awards Program, which will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25 at the Pine Bluff Convention Center. The program will precede the annual Freedom Fund Banquet.
The NAACP Awards Committee is accepting nominations for the following categories:
• Pine Bluff Branch Member of the Year
• Dove Civil Rights Award
• Community Service Award
Independent reporting for Pine Bluff & Jefferson County since 1879.
• Youth of the Year Award
