WHITE HALL – Jeffrey Wayne Swinney, 58, of White Hall, passed away Monday, January 12, 2015. He was born November 13, 1956 in Atlanta, Ga. to the late Joe and Frances Williams Swinney. He worked as a maintenance worker for several apartment complexes.
He is Survived by two daughters, Nicole Hoffmon and Lisa Swinney both of Rison.
No services are planned at this time.
