William Warren, 85, of Pine Bluff Died January 9, 2015. He was born December 18, 1929 in Pine Bluff to the late Samuel Warren of St. Louis, Mo. and Armelia Hays of Pine Bluff. He was raised in PIne Bluff but as an adult lived in St. Louis, Mo. and later settled in Kansas City, Kan. where he worked for BMW Volkswagen until retirement. After retiring he returned to Pine Bluff in 2001 to be with his family.
Survivors include a brother, Johnny Hays, Sr. of Kansas City, Kan.; two sisters, Catherine Kelley of Pine Bluff and Carolyn Davis of Little Rock. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Henson-Holcomb Mortuary Chapel by Pastor Leroy Hampton. Burial will be in Henson-Holcomb Memorial Garden by Henson-Holcomb Mortuary.
Visitation was held Friday from 4-6 p.m. at the mortuary.
The family will be at 3206 West 14th Avenue.
