RISON – James M. “Hop” Pennington, age 91, of Rison, Arkansas passed away Monday, November 24, 2014. He was born March 22, 1923 in Cleveland County. Left to cherish his memory is a son, James B. Pennington and his wife Barbara of Rison; five grandchildren, James Benjamin Pennington, Pamela Mellic, Christopher Pennington, Amanda Barraclough and Chad Hall; and seven great grandchildren.
