Several pieces from the James Clifton Howard collection are in a new exhibit White Hall Museum Director Brenda Doucey is working on. Howard was a 1984 White Hall High School graduate who enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1987 and retired in 2011. He attained the ranks of senior master sergeant and first sergeant.
