ALTHEIMER – Harold Eugene “Gene” Bogy, 84, of Altheimer, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Sunday, January 25, 2015. He was born October 14, 1930 to Mack and Grace Polk Bogy.
Gene was a lifelong farmer and loved hunting and fishing. He will be greatly missed by his family, but now is rejoicing with God in Heaven.
Gene was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Susan Carol; and one sister, Maxine Bogy Phillips. He is survived by his wife, Willie Bogy; three sons, Harold Gene Bogy (Debbie) of Watson Chapel, Ark., Tony Bogy (Sherrie) of England, Ark., Curtis Massey (Tobi) of Whitehall, Ark.; three daughters; Pam Triplett (Skip) of Platte City, Mo., Sandy Pool (Richard) of England, Ark., Regina Sheets (Sid) of Carlisle, Ark.; 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grand children, two sisters; Joyce Chris Smith of Shreveport, La., Judy Harden (Bill) of Wabbaseka, Ark., an one brother; Silas Bogy (Ruth) of Pine Bluff, Ark.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 27, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Roller England Funeral Home Chapel with a graveside service, Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Flat Bayou Cemetery,.
