The East Harding Neighborhood Watch group will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, April 25, at Mt. Harmony Baptist Church, 812 E. Harding Ave.
Shirley Washington, the Democratic nominee for Pine Bluff mayor, will attend, according to a news release.
