Don’t use foul language, pray, end gun violence

Editor, The Commercial:

I attended the Dollarway-Watson Chapel football game Friday, 9/3/16. While at the game I heard more profanity from the so-called adults than I did from our children. The older so-called grown folks ought to be ashamed of themselves. You are setting a bad example for our children. Stop it. You don’t want our children to grow up and be like you.

Meanwhile, someone should tell sister Andranette “Anne” Anderson that she should not go to foreign countries for vacations. There are too many beautiful places here in Arkansas and the United States where she can spend her money. Also, her pastor has better things to do than talk to her one hour each day. She didn’t need to talk to him. All she needed to do was pray.

Also, in response to Bob Curry’s letter dated 8/8/16, he doesn’t know how God feels. Nobody does. God answers prayers when he gets ready and prayers do work.

Also, there are too many dogs in Pine Bluff, Little Rock and Arkansas. Why spend all that money sending them to Wisconsin. If the shelters are over-crowded, kill the dogs.

Also, young people, everybody: don’t run from the police. They will hurt you or you might be killed.

Also, there needs to be an end to gun violence. It is unfortunate and sad and this is going on throughout the whole country, throughout the whole world. We all have to come together, be united and somehow try to stop it. The tragedies that are happening affect people and families. We are all human beings. Let’s all come together to stop the hatred and violence.
