The AARP Local Chapter 323 will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday at Bradshaw Center, 801 E. Eighth Ave.
The guest speaker will be Mary Ann Kizer, count Extension agent-family and consumer services. She will discuss nutritional needs and give tips on cooking and shopping for one or two people.
AARP meets the second and fourth Thursday of each month, except July and August. Members and guests are encouraged to attend.
