RISON – Catherine Burford Wilson, 86, of Rison, died December 5, 2014. She was born March 19, 1928 in Kingsland, a daughter of the late Horace and Fannie John Burford. Mrs. Wilson is preceded in death by her husband, Lonnis L. Wilson.
Survivors include: her son, Ricky Wilson of Rison; daughter, Melinda McKnight of Rison; brother, Horace Burford, Jr. of Smith Chapel; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
