WARREN — Carrie Patsy Sue Smith Berry age 70, of Warren, Ark. died Wednesday February 29th at the Bradley County Medical Center. She was a 1962 graduate of the Baptist School of Nursing and a retired Register Nurse and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Funeral services 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 5, 2012 at Frazer’s Chapel. Burial in Ebenezer Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Frazers.
