Carolyn Kay Bearden, 75, of Pine Bluff, died Tuesday, June 9, 2015. Born November 18, 1939 at Wichita, Kan., she was a daughter of the late Charles Leroy Stanley and Frances Carson Robbins. She was a member of East Side Baptist Church, loved fishing, camping, traveling, and crafts.
Mrs. Bearden was a military wife for 22 years, and her husband, Charles Henry Bearden, predeceased her on December 10, 2006. Also preceding her in death are two brothers, Gene Stanley and Jack Stanley; son-in-law, Mark Bunting, and a great-grandson, Brayden Vernor.
Survivors include her children, Jeffrey Bearden (Ellen), Stephen Bearden, Libby Bunting, and David Bearden (Stacy); siblings, Ike Stanley, Tom Stanley, Tom Hilger, Francis Robbins, Dick Robbins, Patricia Owens, and Maureen DeBoer; 11 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday, 10:30 a.m. at East Side Baptist Church.
