Belair Middle School, 1301 Commerce Road, will present a Black History program from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, at the school’s south cafeteria.
Participants will celebrate an evening of speaking, singing, praise dancing and choreography of Black Americans who made a difference in people’s lives, a spokesman said.
