A.C.(Buddy) Pennington, 72, of Pine Bluff died April 1, 2015 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Born March 16, 1943 to the late Lucille and Willie Pennington.
Survivors include his wife, Fannie Pennington of Pine Bluff, son, Ernest Robinson of Little Rock; daughter, Roslyn Iverson of Pine Bluff; two brothers, Ellsworth Pennington of Pine Bluff and Antar(Rochelle) Baaree of Little Rock; four sisters: Leti Arnold of Detroit. Mich., Ruthie(Theodis) Dockett and Mildred WIlliams of Pine Bluff and Mattie(Michael) Stewart of Galesburgs, Ill.: four grandchildren; Brandon Robinson, Sr., Tyrone Robinson, Alvin Iverson and Brandon Robinson, Jr.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Morris Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Pastoria by Rev. Nathaniel Mosby. Burial will be in the Veteran Section of Graceland Cemetery by Henson-Holcomb Mortuary. Visitation will be Friday from 5-6:30 p.m. at the mortuary. The body will lie in state at the church from 10:00 a.m. until funeral time. The family will be at 211 South Elm in Pine Bluff. Repast will be at Mount Harmony Family Life Center on East Harding in Pine Bluff.
