The West Pine Bluff Rotary Club meets at noon Thursdays at the country club. Programs include: Sept 8: Tom Reilley, chairman of Highland Pellets; Sept 15: Lelan Stice, owner of Doctor’s Orders Pharmacy; Sept 22: Robert Moore; and Sept 29: Jerry Ingram, interim chairman of the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
