A Pine Bluff woman was arrested Monday after she allegedly pointed a gun at her husband.
Amy Breashers, 40, also allegedly said she would kill the man, Pine Bluff Police Department Detective Keith Banks said in a probable cause affidavit presented in Pine Bluff District Court Wednesday.
According to the affidavit, the incident occurred at a house in the 1900 block of Duke Street after Breashers and the man allegedly got into an argument.
After pointing the gun, Duke allegedly went to the front yard of the house, where the husband reported that he heard a shot.
Banks said in the affidavit that Breashers told him she did have a gun and did fire a shot, but said she did not point the gun at her husband.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $10,000 bond for Breashers after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge her with aggravated assault on a family or household member.
She was ordered to have no contact with her husband until the case is settled.
