GOULD – Mr. Ira Tillman Jr., 56, of Gould died Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.
Born February 14, 1959 in Gould, he was the son of the late Ira and Willie Mae Tillman Sr. He was a member of Ranlin Chapel MBC in Gould where he served as an usher. He was an employee with the Arkansas Highway Department.
Survivors include his wife, Betty N. Tillman of Gould; three sons, Bryant Tillman of Pine Bluff, Brandon Shaw of McGehee, Jeremy Tillman of Chicago; three daughters, Shameeka Tillman of Dumas, Sharieka Bryant, Shadrieka Shaw both of Little Rock; four brothers, O.B. Tillman, Fred Tillman, Johnny Tillman all of Gould, Harvey Tillman of Pine Bluff; seven sisters, Dorothy Huskey, Earnestine Rolfe, Beverly Burkett, Christine Johnson all of Pine Bluff, Ermer Jean Preston, Geraldine Boyd both of Gould, Orleatha McBride of Oklahoma City, Okla.; 10 grandchildren
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 13, 2015 at First Baptist Church in Gould with Rev. Kenneth Harris officiating. Burial in Lincoln Memorial Lawn at Varner by Brown Funeral Home of Dumas.
The body will lie in state at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
