Laura Alice Brown, 88, of Pine Bluff, died April 2, 2012 in Conway. She was born February 24, 1924 in Hughes, Ark. to the late John and Augusta Joyner.
Survivors include three sons, Otis (Mary) Lamb of Conway, George Warren and Leon (Gloria) Warren of Pine Bluff; two daughters, Joyce Warren Staten of Chicago and Debra Brown Miller of Conway; sister, Roberta Bowe of New Haven, Conn.; twenty-three grandchildren and forty-nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church by Rev. H.C. Curry. Burial will be in Henson Memorial Garden by Henson-Holcomb Mortuary.
The family will be at 2710 South Cherry in Pine Bluff.
The remains will lie in state at the church from 10 a.m. until funeral time.
