The Youth Advisory Council of the Pine Bluff Area Community Foundation will meet at 4:30 p.m. Monday, March 13, at the Donald W. Reynolds Community Services Center, 211 W. Third Ave.
“This is a very important meeting,” a spokeswoman said in a news release. “Students should plan to stay a little later than usual.”
