Wallace Flowers and Gifts, 2201 E. Harding Ave., will celebrate its second anniversary and opening of its new location, at 1 p.m. Saturday.
The Red Coats from the Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce will host the ribbon cutting. The event will also include live music, games and free food.
Timothy Wallace is the owner, a native of Pine Bluff and a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
