STAR CITY – William C. “Bill” Rowe, 67, of Star City, died Thursday at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. He was born November 27, 1947 in Waldo, Ark.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Harris Rowe; daughter, Stephanie (Jeff) Rowe Burnham; special nephew, Todd Allan (Jodi) Carroll; step-daughter, Angela (Steve) Young; sister, Sharon (Olen) Bates; one grandson, Asa Jeffrey Burnham and step-father, John Norton.
Graveside services are 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Leek Cemetery in Star City with Bro. Aaron Burns officiating. Visitation is 6:00-8:00 p.m. Saturday at Griffin Funeral Service.
