STAR CITY – William Buddy McGriff, 85 of Star City died Tuesday. He was born June 6, 1929 in Star City to the late Robert Monroe and Farie Lillian Vermillion McGriff.
Survivors include his wife, Annie Lucille Williams McGriff; three sons, Larry (Rhonda) McGriff, David (Tabby) McGriff and Jay Michael (Charman) McGriff; daughter, Sherry (Tim) Boykin; one brother; one sister; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services are 2:00 p.m. Friday at Griffin Funeral Chapel with Bro. Elmer Byerly and Bro. Mike Powell officiating. Visitation is 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
