Kayla Reap of White Hall recently received the Out-Of-State Fee Waiver scholarship from Missouri State University at Springfield.
The university awarded scholarships to incoming students for the 2017-18 academic year. Criteria included students’ ACT (American College Test) scores and grade point averages.
