The White Hall School District recently announced its policy for free and reduced price meals for children under the National School Lunch Program, and/or School Breakfast Program, for the 2015-16 school year. Each school has a copy of the policy, which may be reviewed by anyone. The price for a paid student breakfast is $1.50 and lunch is $2.50.
Household size and income criteria will be used to determine eligibility. Children from households whose income is at or below the levels on the application are eligible for free or reduced price meals. For example, in a household of one person, the annual income level is $15,301 for free meals and $21,775 for reduced price meals. Details: White Hall Schools, 247-2171 or 247-2196.
