Mr. Vernon Lee Nickolson age 80, of Pine Bluff passed Thursday, September 11, 2014.
He was born in Pine Bluff to the late Earl and Bessie Nickolson. He was a member of the Allen Temple A.M.E. Church and a resident of the Redeem Day Care Center in Pine Bluff.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Eloise Nickolson;brother,John Nickolson; and his daughter, Susie Moore.
His survivors include a brother Eaarl,Jr. of Gary, Indiana; two sisters, Betty Nickolson-Blaine of Dayton,Ohio and Beverly Nickolson, of Gary. Two grandchildren, Ravon(Spc. Michael) Jackson of Ft. Polk,Louisiana and Charles Moore,Jr. of Pine Bluff. A great grandson,nieces,nephews, cousins and a host of family and friends.
Services will be Saturday, September 20,2014 at the Allen Temple A.M.E. Church.
Visitation will start at 10:00 a.m.. Family hour at 11:00 a.m. Funeral services at 12:00 Noon.
