The Department of Art at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is accepting applications for the High School Pre-College Art and Design Program.
The application deadline is Friday, May 27. The program will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 13-24.
The program is designed to introduce high school juniors and seniors to traditional and non-traditional art-making processes. Students will also have an opportunity to visit artist studios, galleries and museums.
“Students will work alongside professional artists and teachers who are highly skilled in drawing, painting, sculpture, graphic design, digital photography, video and video editing, and 3D printing,” a spokesman said.
