Two men were shot Thursday night inside an apartment on South Beech Street.
According to a police report, Aubrey Smith, 35, and Andre Hassell, 26, were found at about 10:30 p.m. inside apartment 13 at 2201 S. Beech St.
Both were taken to Jefferson Regional Medical Center by ambulance for treatment.
No other information was immediately available and anyone with information about the shooting or the person or persons involved is asked to contact the detective division at 730-2090 or the dispatch center at 541-5300. All calls will be kept confidential.
