Traffic on northbound Interstate 530 was being shifted Monday afternoon to the southbound side of the interstate in a work zone near White Hall, according to the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department.
The new configuration will route both northbound and southbound traffic onto the same side of the interstate with a barrier wall separating each direction of travel. The work zone is approximately located between mile markers 24 and 30.
Traffic will remain in this configuration for about three months. Alternate routes are marked by signage as well as posted on IDriveArkansas.com
