The crisis program of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program will end at noon Wednesday, Sept. 2, at the Pine Bluff Jefferson County Economic Opportunities Commission.
LIHEAP offered help in paying home energy bills. EOC administered LIHEAP in Jefferson, Grant, Cleveland, Arkansas and Lincoln counties.
