ALTHEIMER – Tony Ray Scott, 50 of Altheimer died September 15, 2015. He was born April 4, 1965 in Altheimer to Ruthie Jackson and the late Ed Jackson. He graduated from Altheimer High School in 1985.
Survivors include son, Marcus Antonio Atkinson; brothers, Edward Barnett, Jerry Scott, Ronnie Jackson, Herman Jackson, Clarence Ray Jackson; sisters, Cora Allen, Eddie Ruth, Patricia Davis, and Francis Jackson; nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Altheimer. Burial will be in Altheimer Community Cemetery by Henson-Holcomb Mortuary. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-6 p.m. at the mortuary.
The body will lie in state at the church from 9 a.m. until funeral time.
