SHERRILL – Funeral services for Mr. Tommy Edward “Hawk” Shaw, 55, of Sherrill, Ark., passed March 9 at UAMS in Little Rock, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, at New Cheeks Chapel AME in Sherrill, Ark. with Rev. Jonas Williams, Pastor.
He was born December 5, 1959 to the late Lee Shaw, Sr. and Aline Shaw. He attended St. Peters Catholic School in Pine Bluff. He graduated from Altheimer High School in Altheimer, Ark. in 1978.
He loved his family and friends.
Survivors include one sister, Amanda Shaw Charles (Otis) of Pine Bluff; two brothers, Stanley (Michelle) Shaw of Dayton, Ohio, Lee Shaw, Jr. of Paramount, Calif.; cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in New Cheeks Chapel Cemetery in Sherrill, Ark.
The family will be at 2111 W. 34th Ave., Pine Bluff, Ark.
