LITTLE ROCK — Gov. Mike Beebe on Friday named three Southeast Arkansas residents to state boards and commissions. They are:
• Ken Bethge, Pine Bluff, reappointed to the Arkansas Building Authority Council. His appointment expires July 22, 2015.
• Kevin Castleberry, White Hall, to the Individual Sewage Disposal Systems Advisory Committee. His appointment expires Oct. 1, 2015. He replaces Allen Gresham.
• Jay Coker, Stuttgart, reappointed to the Arkansas Rice Research and Promotion Board. His appointment expires June 30, 2014.
The three were among 30 Beebe appointees to state boards and commissions.
