Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, Sept. 19

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. walk away pounds

11 a.m. advanced exercise

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday, Sept. 20

10 a.m. dress up day

11 a.m. dress contest

Wednesday, Sept. 21

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. walk away pounds

11 a.m. advanced exercise; Mr. Wise, music

Thursday, Sept. 22

10 a.m. move with balance

Monday, Sept. 19

Country fried steak, country gravy, whipped potatoes, whole kernel corn, Texas bread, peanut butter cookie and milk.

Tuesday, Sept. 20

Turkey breast with gravy, mashed spiced yams, cabbage, dinner roll, strawberry swirl pudding and milk.

Wednesday, Sept. 21

Baked chicken breast, lemon sauce, purple hull peas, okra and tomatoes, wheat bread, banana and milk.

Thursday, Sept. 23

Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, carrots, dinner roll, fruited orange gelatin and milk.

Friday, Sept. 24

Pork loin, sweet and sour sauce, brown rice, green beans, dinner roll, tropical fruit and milk.
