Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. walk away pounds

11 a.m. advanced exercise

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday, Oct. 25

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. pumpkin carving or decorating

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday, Oct. 24

Baked chicken breast, Creole sauce, twice whipped potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, Mandarin oranges and milk.

Tuesday, Oct. 25

Breaded pork patty, onion gravy, parslied rice, mixed vegetables, wheat bread, diced peaches and milk.

Wednesday, Oct. 26

Beef taco meat, lettuce and tomato, pinto beans, flour tortilla, peach cobbler, taco sauce and milk.

Thursday, Oct. 27

Chicken salad, macaroni salad, tossed salad, wheat bread (2), fresh fruit, ranch salad dressing and milk.

Friday, Oct. 28

Sausage with onions and peppers, Delmonico potatoes, sliced carrots, hot dog bun, carnival cookie, mustard and milk.
