Clayton Wynn of Star City recently earned a Top Paper award at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
The award recognizes the highest class grade for the fall 2015 semester. Wynn earned the award in Real Property I; and Research, Writing and Analysis I, according to a news release.
