The Tornado promises to give visitors at the Southeast Arkansas District Fair & Livestock Show a wild ride Wednesday night at Hestand Stadium. The fair enters its third of five nights Thursday, with gates opening at 6 p.m. and closing at 10 p.m. Saturday’s carnival will open at noon and close at 10 p.m., and a rodeo with a money scramble for kids will be held Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. inside the stadium.
