Local law enforcement will collect donations for Special Olympics Arkansas from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, at the Walmart Supercenter.
The event is a Boots and Badges Torch Run fundraiser. The actual torch run occurs every May as officers run the torch from all corners of the state.
