Southeast Arkansas College is seeking comments from the public in preparation for the college’s periodic evaluation by its regional accrediting agency.
SEARK will host a quality checkup visit Sept. 19- 21 with a team representing the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association.
The college has been accredited by the Commission since 1996. In 2007, SEARK was accepted as an Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) institution. The quality checkup team will review the institution’s ongoing ability to meet AQIP and the North Central criteria for accreditation.

Comments should address the quality of SEARK or its academic programs. Comments must be in writing and the deadline is Aug. 19.
