Chanique Green, a nursing student at Southeast Arkansas College, recently won first place in medical terminology category in the annual Practical Nurse Skill Competition and Spring Conference.
Held at the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope, the conference also included a medical spelling bee, quiz bowl, job interview and CPR competitions.
The annual event is sponsored by Arkansas Licensed Practical Nurses Association and encourages Arkansas nursing students to attend and participate in subject and skill competitions specific to nursing.
