GARRETT BRIDGE – Sam Odis Smith, 71 of Garrett Bridge (Lincoln County) died Tuesday. He was born October 19, 1943 in Desha County to the late Clay King, Jr. and Tommie Carter Smith.
Survivors include one son, Steve(Tammy) Smith; one daughter, Kim(Marvin) Ritcher, all of Garrett Bridge; three brothers; one sister; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Graveside Services are 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Drake Cemetery in Star City with Bro. Hardy Peacock officiating. There will be no formal visitation. Arrangements by Griffin Funeral Service in Star City.
