The Christmas assistance request sign-up at the Salvation Army has begun and will continue through Friday, Oct. 3 for families with children ages 12 and under.
Applicants must provide a photo ID of the head of household, social security cards for all household members, birth certificates of children 12 and under and proof of legal custody, if applicable. Proof of address and household income must also be provided. Please note that incomplete information may delay processing.
For older adults, the sign-up dates are Oct. 16-17. The above information must be provided for older adults as well.
