The Salvation Army Ladies Auxiliary will host a spring brunch from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 5, at the Salvation Army, 501 E. 12th Ave.
Past presidents will be honored: Mildred Pierce, Floradel Reid, Margaret Dawson and Anna Bess Westerfield.
New members will also be installed. Entertainment will be by soloist Pearlene Harris and the First Baptist Trio, Jackie Carr, Lisa Grigg and Ann Thompson with Linda Work as pianist.
The brunch will be served by the membership committee: Warner Turner, Wanda Waring, Deidre Maxwell, Dede Foster, Dianne West, Toni Bradford and Shirley Word.
The event is free. Door prizes will be given. A special invitation is issued to any woman who wants to become a member of the auxiliary.
