The Dollarway Neighborhood Watch group will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, at St. Luke Methodist Church, 32 School St. The announcement was made by Officer S. Howard, Pine Bluff Police Department Neighborhood Watch coordinator.
